Only events listed on spogomi.ca or promoted through SPOGOMI Canada’s official channels (social media, newsletter, or verified partners) are considered official SPOGOMI Canada events. By registering or attending a SPOGOMI Canada event, all participants agree to:

3. Brand & Name Usage Policy
“SPOGOMI” is a sport created in Japan by the Social Sports Initiative. While SPOGOMI Canada operates in alignment with this international mission.
To preserve the integrity of the brand:
SPOGOMI Canada is the only official event organizer in Canada, authorized by the Nippon Foundation and partnered with the International SPOGOMI Federation
Do not use the name “SPOGOMI” to host or promote independent events without express written permission
Do not use the SPOGOMI Canada logo, name, or visual identity for unauthorized promotional materials

4. Volunteer & Staff Code of Conduct
All volunteers and staff participating in SPOGOMI Canada events are expected to:
Act professionally and respectfully toward all participants and the public

SPOGOMI Canada reserves the right to remove any volunteer or staff member who does not meet these expectations.
